SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all of our orders via USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Processing times typically take between 7-10 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT TAXES
Camill's Beauty is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
RETURN POLICY
Please note that all sales are final. However, we do accept returns under specific circumstances. If a product is damaged during transit or if the wrong item was shipped to you, we will gladly assist you with a return.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Support email within 48 hours of the delivery date. Kindly include photos of the issue along with a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Once we receive your email, our team will promptly assess the situation and ensure that a replacement is arranged and sent out to you. In cases where a replacement item (such as Limited Items or Collections) is not available, we will issue a full refund for the retail price.
